POLICIES

Rates are for one or two people unless otherwise noted and include a large Dutch-style breakfast, garage parking with automatic door opener (16’9" maximum car length), direct dial telephone with a private line and voice mail, and a clock radio. City and state taxes are not included. Rates are subject to change.

  • RESERVATION POLICY:
    A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to confirm a reservation. Master Card, Visa, Discover, Diners Club, American Express, travelers cheques and personal checks accepted. We reserve the right to process the credit card charges for the deposit amount upon receipt. Personal checks must be received 14 days in advance. A two-night minimum stay is required on most weekends.
     
  • CANCELLATION POLICY:
    There is a $20.00 charge for any cancellation. (Cancellation fees are subject to 5% sales tax.) Your deposit will be returned less the $20.00 charge provided we are notified of a cancellation at least 15 days in advance of your arrival date (30 days for holidays and special events). If canceled within less than 15 days (30 days for holidays and special events), your deposit will be forfeited unless we can re-rent the suite. The full rate is charged if you do not arrive, arrive after the reserved date or depart before the final date of the reservation. All deposits will be credited to the last night of the reservation and will be forfeited in case of early departure.
     
  • CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT:
    - Check-in is strictly between 4 and 6 P.M.
    - Check-out time is anytime before 11 A.M.

    PLEASE NOTE:  Mr. Mole does NOT maintain a 24-hour check-in desk. If you do not arrive during the agreed check-in period you will be charged for the room; and we will not be available to check you in at a later time.
     
  • Well- mannered children over ten years of age are welcome.
     
  • Mr. Mole is a smoke-free house. Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets.
